Greek and foreign archaeologists have unearthed many new discoveries on land and at sea, at long-standing excavations at Santorini , ancient Corinth, Evia , Vergina and other major centers of the ancient Greek wold. A rchaeologists have found a clay tablet dated to the 3 rd Century AD inscribed with thirteen verses of Homer’s Odyssey at ancient Olympia. This clay inscription is the oldest-known surviving such inscription of the Odyssey to date. An other very exiting find is an almost fully intact ancient Greek vessel from ca. 500 BC .
